Blitz United is a girls Flag Football organization that provides a professional, organized, and methodical approach to player development in Suffolk County of Long Island, New York.  We strive to develop each and every athlete through differentiated instruction so every player can reach their full potential.

We are an inclusive academy that provides a home for all players, no matter what skill level.  We take pride  in every athlete’s progress, from our Junior Academy through elite travel teams.  

With over 30 years of professional coaching experience, along with guidance and adherence to the USA Football curriculum, our goal is to make each player a student of the game, educating our athletes through on-field instruction and classroom sessions.
